Things owners ask us

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan your store QR with their normal phone camera and their card opens in the browser. They can save it to their home screen.

What phones does it work on?

Any phone with a camera and internet — Android or iPhone. Your staff use their own phone or a store tablet to stamp.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Nothing is charged automatically — we never ask for a card. When you're ready, pick a plan and pay. If you don't, your account simply pauses.

What's the difference between ₱299 and ₱699?

Standard (₱299/month) replaces your paper punch card: one stamp card and one staff account. Premium (₱699/month) adds milestone cards, unlimited campaigns and staff, email promos, and custom branding.

How do I pay?

Scan our InstaPay QR with GCash, Maya, or any bank app. Pay 6 months and get 1 free, or 12 months and get 2 free.

How many staff can use it?

Standard includes 1 staff account. Premium includes unlimited staff, and every stamp shows the initials of who gave it.
